If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology Handbook.
This booklet really helped me with feeling better. I get my Mum to do some of the processes in this book on me. They are good fun and really make me feel good, especially when I am sick or feeling sad.
