If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read The Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with understanding the "Tone Scale" and the need of control with workers at lower tone levels. The lower the tone level of the worker, the more he needs to be controlled, because he feels he needs to control the environment, but does so poorly. It shows the difference between good and bad control
