If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: A New Slant on Life.
This book really helped me with opening my eyes to how it was possible for things to get better and helped make things less serious. Interestingly enough, it seemed that whenever I read the book, or any part of it, I felt better and got something new out of it each time I read it - fascinating!
