If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: A New Slant on Life.
This book really helped me with learning how to handle others, how to better "communicate" what is really on my mind, and learning that full responsibility is not a bad thing after all; that happiness is not something I wait to have happen, but that I can make it happen myself.
