This book really helped me with understanding more about myself as a spiritual being; how I, as a spiritual being related to my body and to my mind. The chapter entitled 'The Parts of Man' about the spirit, the mind and the body gives such a clear understanding of exactly what they are and how they relate to one another. It helped me not only to understand myself better, but also to understand what was going on with people around me in different situations. Formerly, death was a big fearful unknown, but this book took the mystery out of dying. What L. Ron Hubbard wrote seemed feasible and it agreed with what I had observed and experienced.
