If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Introduction to Scientology Ethics.
This book really helped me with giving me basic rules for living that prove themselves time and again. I have recommended and shared some of these basic rules with my children.
