If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with starting to work on and do things that I did not dare before. I became brighter and more in action and participating in what is going on around me. Also this book made me start doing Scientology.
