If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me to know that for sure there is a way of handling the mind in a manner that clearly benefits the individual and everyone around him/her.
