It is a big safety factor in my life that Scientology exists and it is there. It makes me very happy and gives me energy to know that Scientologists from all over the world use the technology of Scientology to better conditions for mankind. To name a few: all the people now leading drug-free lives thanks to Scientology, inmates in prisons regaining personal integrity and then leading honest lives when they come out. Children as well as grownups that were not able to study or read before becoming literate thanks to the efforts of Scientologists. All the above makes me feel very safe in my daily life. Through a communications course I have learned the value of listening. This I experience with people after having talked to me for some 15 minutes. They are happy and say thank you for the talk. I have also learned how to get a question answered and this I use often in my work if I get some instructions from my superiors which are not totally clear. I then I persist to get it clarified until I do understand it. This is useful in work situations when you get information that you do not understand. And it prevents that work has to be done over and over, because you understand it right the first time.
