If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with the understanding of how to complete projects at work efficiently. It also showed me how to handle exhaustion, which makes work more like fun than work.
