On my first course I did Training Drills, where you learn to communicate and did some religious programs that allowed me to bring myself into present time and my life changed completely at that point. I was no longer spaced out and learned how to communicate and enjoy life without alcohol or anything like that. Scientology puts you in a position where you can actually BE THERE and communicate so that the other person really understands you and you can understand the other person. The gains I have gotten from Scientology are invaluable and I would not give them up for anything. It changed my life for the better and for the first time I an truly happy.
