If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Self Analysis.
When I first began studying Scientology I used this book a lot with my friends. It has many fun exercises in it to assist you to recall moments of your life. It was great fun to remember many pleasurable times I had forgotten.
