When I was young I was very shy, I couldn't talk to people well at all. Then a little bit later I took a course called the Hubbard Qualified Scientologist Course, and that went into even further depth on communication. Now I can communicate with anyone in any situation. It also gave me some very essential basics of Scientology that made it easier for me study in school, make friends, and to know what kind of friends I really wanted to have.
