If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read The Scientology Handbook and What is Scientology?
This book really helped me with Life! Now to really do life justice you have to have something that can tell you how to live successfully, and to handle anything that comes up. The best thing I've found is sitting down and reading a lot of Dianetics and Scientology books. I have found that if I apply them to life I can overcome any of the problems that you are experiencing and get workable solutions, but only if I apply them.
You've got to work at it because nothing is ever handed to you as a freebie with out a catch to it. The Scientology books that I've found most frequently useful are these two, though I've read many of the books in the very large body of work that comprises Mr. Hubbard's technologies of Dianetics and Scientology (it's a very long list!).
Knowing that there could be some solutions in this body of work, I wanted to find out for myself if indeed they were of practical use. I was floored that the data in these books was very sound and usable and if I applied it to the enviroment I could do much better in life. Each time I put it to the test it gave me the results I was looking for.
It is hard for me to single out just one book, so I've suggested the two above as they are like manuals for life and I use them the most. These books are constant reference materials for quick easy answers that I can quickly and immediately apply to various situations as well as providing a very good overview of the body of technology available in Scientology. I keep these books very handy at all times and they are my manuals that provide both long term and immediate solutions to life's happenings.
