If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with finding out how the the mind really works. I was particularly fascinated by the tone scale. I could easily see where I was on the scale now and at different times in my life. I could also see where the other people in my life are on the scale and how my interaction with them effected me. It's Great!
