If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with by giving me an understanding of what is termed the reactive mind and how it affects you. It gave me workable techniques on how to overcome it and through applying these techniques I experienced the successes as a result.
