If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with finding out why people do and say things they with they never had. Everyone says to themselves "why the hell did I say (or do that)?". People get themselves into a real mess because they don't know why they react the way they do. After reading this book I understood exactly why people (me and you) act the way we do. And once you know, you KNOW! And now that I know, I'm not so stupid and don't get myself into anywhere near as much trouble.
