ello, my name is Bruce Hardie Neil, and here is a little bit about myself:

     I got into Scientology in 1968. I was introduced to it by a friend who was very coy about telling where this information he was telling me about came from. We talked about handling confusions in life, about man being a spirit with a mind and a body. He even demonstrated to me what the mind was, actually showed me so that I could see what my mind was made of, and that it definitely was not the grey matter in my skull! I wanted to know if he had been to a school of philosophy or something. He eventually told me it was Scientology and I bought a book, Scientology: The Fundamentals of Thought by L Ron Hubbard. At the time I was an apprentice in the Electronics Industry.

     I later joined staff and worked in a Scientology Church for 11 years.

     I had several jobs after that and then moved to Brisbane, Australia and set up my own business rebuilding washing machines and servicing them. This, I was able to run to my satisfaction using what I had learned of Ron Hubbard's Administration technology which I always found, when applied, worked brilliantly.

     I moved the income up year by year till I peaked at over $100,000, which I didn't consider too bad for a one-man business.

     Being the way I am, there wasn't a washing machine around that I couldn't fix so, for me, there was no more game, and as my wife's daughters had moved to Sydney, we decided that we would too.

     We love them both very much and life was pretty empty not having them around so we moved.

     I am currently still fixing washing machines and my wife and I are setting up another business on the weekends.

     Our evenings are spent studying Scientology to improve our knowledge and ability to help others help themselves.
