If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with handling all my past irrational acts which affect my mental bank and opened up my eyes on what is real and what is unreal.
