If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
It was the first book I ever read by L. Ron Hubbard. I learned about the human mind and how the reactive part of my mind was affecting me. More importantly, I learned that there was something I could do about it. It gave me hope and now I am able to help others with what I have learned.
