ello, my name is Charlie Anderson, and here is a little bit about myself:

     A few years ago I was invited by a friend to a lecture given by a Scientologist. At the time, the lecture was not all that interesting until someone -- already a Scientologist -- brought up the subject of covert hostility. Now, that was something I was very interested in.

     A covertly hostile person is one who seems friendly but is secretly stabbing you in the back. I had to contend with such people at work, but I didn't have a name for their sly, sneaky behavior, or a method to handle their attacks.

     But here were some people who not only had a very descriptive name for this insidious behavior -- but claimed to have a method of handling it.

     I wanted THAT!

     Anything I had heard about Scientology, or any considerations I had about this new religion were irrelevant, if I could get THAT.

     So, I bought a book and did a course and got the information I wanted.
