If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with knowing what makes people tick, to understand what's going on. Now I am much more able to deal with the irrationalities of people around me because I know where they come from.
