If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics '55.
This book really helped me with realizing that I only get into trouble when I do not communicate. The trick here is to realize that communication is a specialized skill, it is not just moving your lips and making noise. I have always run off at the mouth, but only after reading this book did I realize that this was not communication. This book is an invaluable aide to understanding that communication is more that you making words come out of your mouth. It helped me greatly, I urge you to read it.
