If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Evolution of a Science.

     This book really helped me with understanding the mind. It explained to me why people do things that they don't want to do, why they think and act irrationally. It blew my mind.
