Scientology has helped me regain self confidence. It has helped me overcome obstacles I didn't realize existed. Prior to Scientology I was withdrawn and did whatever anyone wanted because I knew no other way. I've regained control and am now more outgoing and expressive. There is still plenty more to be gained, but I am climbing my way back into the game of life.
