If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with aligning priorities. It sorted out confusion by introducing the principle of the "stable datum" and how other things can be organized when confusion is blown away.
