If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Learning how to Learn.
After reading this book I know the reasons of learning barriers and how to handle them.
Now this helps my progress. The biggest win I had from this course was pinpointing the exact study barrier and then remedying it.
