If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with understanding the importance of working; by being productive. Before I read this book I felt unsure of my place in the workplace, and didn't feel like I was accomplishing much at work. Also, I am more able to confront work and I am happier because of this book.
