If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with realizing true help does exist, that I could be helped. I remember thinking "if Dianetics can deliver half of what's in this book, it would be well worth it." Well, Dianetics delivers everything it says it can in this book!
