If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me. My whole point of view on work became more positive. The way I handled my work impoved and also my communication and relationships with my co-workers improved as I gained a better understanding at work but also in my personal life.
