If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Self Analysis.
This book really helped me with the fact that you can find out about other people's reactions. The book also contains some easy exercises, where you can be in better harmony with yourself.
