If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me as I recognized that not all what I tell, or do are my decisions, but are the pictures that I have in my mind which I am not confronting and so influence me without me knowing it.
