If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Science of Survival.
This book really helped me with choosing people to work for, invest with and have as friends. It details out how to tell a person's emotional, truth and responsibility levels and so forth.
