ello, my name is Frank Costello, and here is a little bit about myself:

     I'm happy, feel great, and teach others how to tell children how to really say no to drugs. Sometimes I speak at school classes myself. But mostly arrange for others to speak and find sponsors for their efforts. I work for Narconon International, a highly successful drug and alcohol rehabilitation and education program which uses the technology of L. Ron Hubbard.
