If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.

     This book really helped me with understanding how the mind works and it provided information on how something could be done to improve one's mind toward a high, attainable goal.

     I'd recommend this book to anyone who wishes real answers about the mind.
