If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Clear Body, Clear Mind.
This book really helped me by taking me step by step from not knowing why after I had stopped taking medication I had a constantly fuzzy mind with difficult recall, to knowing what happened to me and how to repair the damage.
