This book really helped me with understanding other people and why they behave as they do. It taught me to be able to listen to people and differentiate when they really wanted help or advice and when they just wanted to talk and have someone understand their troubles. With the data I've gotten from this book I can now more wisely choose who I want to associate with on a personal level, who I want to do business with, and who I had better keep as far away from as possible.
