If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: A New Slant on Life.
This book really helped me with understanding different aspects of life - such as why people change as they get older, two rules for happy living (very important!), what justice really is, and communication. These are just a few of the essays in this book - there are many more that will fascinate you, and maybe even give you a bit more insight than you had before.
