If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Evolution of a Science.

     This book really helped me with insight on how the mind functions. I found this VITAL to understand myself and others. Result: My survival went up new notches!!
