Scientology has helped me to better deal with my environment, whether it be work, relationship with husband, friends, family or children. It's increased my ability to confront whatever I encounter. I don't feel inhibited by my own self imposed considerations (e.g I can't do that, I don't know how.....) Consequently, I feel more free.
