If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding the source of aberration or "missing the mark", that plagued my life. I can deal with others more realistically by understanding more where they are coming from.
