When I first purchased a copy of Dianetics I thought it was another psychology book and that it would perhaps it would give me some insight into the mind. Basically though, I was trying to find out how much they really did know because I knew some pyschologists and their children and they most certainly weren't more enlightned than other people I knew. So I was on a mission to solve the riddle myself , and little did I know what I was about to find out. Dianetics was a book I knew from my own experiences. It was so true that I came in to the Foundation after reading only 50 pages. I was very intrigued that a religion came out of this very real mental study. That was how I got into Scientology and my life has no longer been the same. I have been off drugs completely and that was a major success. I don't need to run away from life anymore. Scientology gave me hope for the future which gave me great joy. I can communicate with my fellows much better than before and I can also offer them better understanding of themselves so they too can lead a happier life. Today I am much more myself than before and I can be myself in front of anyone. Gone are the days of deppression and I am looking at a very bright future , not only for myself but for mankind as well.
