If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Self Analysis.
I had a hard time recalling positive things before this book. Now, I find it interestting that I can recall easier. Since i read this book I feel more balanced and I'm more rationnal.
