If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Self Analysis.
This book really helped me with getting over personal barriers I had imposed on myself, by not confronting things I thought I feared. This book showed me that I did not fear these things--I just did not understand them.
