If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Science of Survival.
This book really helped me with seeing why people behave the way they do. It taught me who to trust and who to be cautious of. I also enjoyed reading it.
