During my time in Scientology through the Auditing (counseling technique) I have found more and more emotional freedom. Looking back I can see that before auditing it fells as if one is in an emotional straight jacket although you do not realize it at the time. Some people say they have to "find" themselves or want to find out "who" they really are. I guarantee that through Scientology you can find out through auditing and reading books by L. Ron Hubbard.
