If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read The Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with the satisfaction of work. This was the first Scientology book I read because I wasn't satisfied with my work so I thought it would somehow help me.
