If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics 55!.
This book helped me with confronting my dog. My sister and my friends and enemies at school and it will teach you how to take insults from people and not think one thing about it and how to deal with things that seem too hard for you to complete them. It is a great book. I hope you enjoy it.
