If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: A New Slant on Life.
This book really helped me with self esteem, it was my new hope. This was my first L. Ron Hubbard book. I remember I laughed out loud, reading one portion of the book. It felt so good to hear the truth. To know there is something better, that works. Since then I find I laugh and smile daily.
