If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read The Scientology Handbook.
This book really helped me with dealing with others. The chapter on the emotional scale has acted as a guide over my life. I can spot future successes and failures in others by simply observing their tone of voice and general activities and behaviour in life.
